✦⸺ Once you've contact me stating you'd like to receive an art commission, you have already agreed with terms written here on this page.
If you are unsure about anything, please feel free to reach out and ask for clarity. ⸺✦

࣪ ˖ - Payment is in USD (U.S. Dollars) using Paypal only. The fee is included in the full price already.࣪ ˖ - Upfront Payment will be sent after discussing commission details and getting a confirmation before starting.
࣪ ˖ - Extra fees will only be applied after confirmation if the commissioner requests for a change not previously discussed.࣪ ˖ - Payment plan available with prices of over $100USD.
50% upfront and then the other half after linework is completed.࣪ ˖ - With PayPal's updated privacy policy now being monitored by bots flagging words wrongly, if leaving anything written in the provided note DO NOT include the word "commission" in your sent payment anywhere, otherwise good alternatives can be
"Digital Illustration", "Digital Art" or just simply use your username.࣪ ˖ - Refunds will be issued with good cause such as me being unable to finish your commission.࣪ ˖ - Tips are not necessary but are very much appreciated!


⸺ ₊ . Commission Process . ₊ ⸺
࣪ ˖ - Please do not rush me with how your commission is going, at least give a few days' time in between checkups unless we agreed upon a rush fee previously.
I understand your excitement, but it will only cause me to become more anxious and for your commission to become rushed and sloppy.
࣪ ˖ - Saying that, I will try to get your commission done within a 2-3 month period, at maximum it may take 7 months depending on its size.
Just remember I do have a life outside of the internet as well as chronic health issues.࣪ ˖ - Commission Process will typically be delivered in four phases:
✦ 1. Confirmation
^{࣪ ˖ - First we discuss what you want and the price for your commission, I do not start until we've both agreed and payment is sent.}
✦ 2. the sketching stage
^{࣪ ˖ - Once the final sketch is done, I will send it to you for your approval. This is your chance to tell me if I've drawn anything wrong.
Once you have given your approval, I will then resume by cleaning it up.}
✦ 3. the finished linework
^{By this point, I do not do heavy changes to the drawing unless it is a mistake on my end or a very easy fix.}
✦ 4. the colored flats
^{You will be given a flat colored wip just to make sure your character(s) base colors are to your satisfaction.}
✦ 5. final touches
^{Shading, highlights, and any special effects added.}
࣪ ˖ - Once finished, I will send you a google drive folder of the finished art files including the watermarked version.
There is no physical trade of goods.
࣪ ˖ - You are responsible for saving your commission!
I will only keep any files and finished commissions for up to a single week.

If you want your commission to be kept secret and/or not posted online, you are allowed to request when placing your commission and the file name will have "Private" as a future reminder.࣪ ˖ - You may not resell, trace, or repost my artwork or designs, use them commercially nor for promotion of a commercial project unless otherwise previously paid to.
࣪ ˖ - You are free to contact me at a later date if you decide you want to.࣪ ˖ - Personal use by the commissioner is allowed with uploading the watermarked image for public viewing and properly crediting me with one of my accounts below or linking back to my site, here.࣪ ˖ - I do not support nor allow anything I create to be used for or AI or NFT*s or anything related ever. Do not even bother asking.

࣪ ˖ - The prices listed are only for personal use only.࣪ ˖ - If you would like to use my work for Commercial Use, an added fee for it can be discussed then charged depending on what your intentions are to do with your commission.
࣪ ˖ - If purchased you will be able to use them whenever and however you want in monetization.

࣪ ˖ - Do not upcharge any design by me you may happen to resell.
It is seen as rude and disrespectful in general but especially within the art and adoptable communities.
Resell for what you bought the design for only.
^{࣪ ˖ - Naturally, you are allowed to add any money you've since spent for commissions acquired of the design onto the resell price.
࣪ ˖ - If you've happened to drawn a lot of personal art of the design and would like to add onto the pricing please DM me and we can discuss it further.}
࣪ ˖ - If I discover you have upcharge a design previously, you will be blacklisted.
